Boat — Faced Charging issues with my speaker

My boAt Stone speaker was not charging properly and I thought the battery had gone weak. I called customer support and kept telling them it must be a battery issue. They asked me to try with another cable once. I didn’t listen at first but later I tried and it worked. The speaker is charging fine now and sound is still as good as before with clear bass and long backup.
