Boat — False/fake remark updated by boAt's delivery partner and product not delivered even after 2-3weeks | |
I ordered 2 products from boAt but one has delivered and 2nd which was ordered around 10th July 2021 not yet delivered. boAt nominated delivery partner updated false/fake remark as below as I have seen online when entered AWB/Order id 1. Wrong address 2. Customer not at home 3. Customer not contactable all above are faked and false remark and careless. When I tried to call mobile number received thru sms on delivery but it continuously switched off. When tried to call xpressbees Pune HO number given in sms as well as website but never pick up the phone. When i sent an email to Imagine Marketing, [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, [protected]@xpressbees.com but no proper reply and not bothers to response and support. WORST SERVICE BY boAt India and it is straight forward CHEATING of customer Was this information helpful? | |
