[Resolved]  Boat — For not delivering my prepaid order since 20 days of booking

I ordered a wireless 102 earphone black on 28 September and prepaid the order also. On 13 th October I called boat customer care and they told me that product is still in warehouse since 15 days of my order. They assured me that in 3 days it will be out of warehouse and reach my house in 6 days but after 3 days ie. today 18th October the product is still in warehouse and I told the customer care to cancel the product and refund my money. After all this I don't have any trust on boat company and I really don't know if I will get the money back or not. And also boat is a well known company but when I call their customer care I have to wait in queue for atleast 10 min. to talk to their customer care. It is a humble request to boat company atleast increase your workmen in your customer service. After this incident I am never going to buy any product of yours. Atleast return my money and take necessary action against my complain.
