Boat — I did not get back my headphone

One side of wirless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 20 june 2020, and product is picked up 22 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover .
I did not recieve my product while it showing on your website courier partner [xpressbess] that my product have delivered.
My ticket no is - 1201149

You send email to boat regarding ur complain ...I did same I also contacted them through through instagram ...to which they responded and assured they will send it back as soon as pandemic is over ...finally few days back I got an email from boat that my product is out for delivery ...and finally after a long wait of about 3 months I received new earphones i.e.got my product replaced
