Hii i'm g s ashish i have asked for replacement from boat on 23 sep. And its approved and received by boat on 27 september till now i haven't got any information about my earphones which is boat wireless 255 they're not replying my mail they are not receiving my call it's been 15 day but no status is received from there side please help me please please help me

I am seeing the same status from last week, And I am trying to get in touch with them but I am not sure whether they have customer care team because I tried more than 50 times from 3 October and getting the same response that we will get back to you.
Not able to know the status.
Please help me out to get my product back asap.

Not getting any update on my complaint neither my calls are answered from there team.
Tried to drop email to get any update but still not getting response
