Boat — I haven't received my replacement product yet | |
My ticket number is 1264687 I have claimed warranty for my product on 8th july 2020.. The warranty approved on 10th july 2020.. On the next day a boy from xpressbees came and picked up the product On 25th july 2020 the product received at service centre.. On 28th july replacement product was issued and now from that day the status is showing "replacement product dispatching soon" It's now 13th august ...no change in the ticket status and I couldn't connect to boat customer care... Can you please resolve the problem as soon as possible????? Was this information helpful? | |
