Boat — I received brand-new replacement

I had a battery drain problem in my boAt Storm RTL Watch. Warranty claim karne ke liye I mailed them, and they asked for a small clip to verify the issue. I just recorded how the battery was dropping super fast even when I wasn’t using anything heavy. Next day hi confirmation mail aa gaya. Within 10 days, I got a new replacement with the same colour strap. I had heard ki logon ko refurbished watch milti hai, but mine was totally brand new.
