[Resolved] Boat — I'm complaining about claiming warranty. | |||||
I purchased earphones 2 months ago and suddenly one side of my earphone is not working. After that incident I complained for warranty claim but still 30+ day's are passed but I didn't received my product. I checked my ticket number on their website and they are saying that the earphones are cured successfully. I tried to mail them and call them but they are not responding to me. what should I do? (I'm sending some screenshots of emails and calls with these complaint) Was this information helpful? | |||||
