Boat — legal notice defective boat storm infinity smart watch under warranty

Sir/Madam,

This is to put you on notice that my wife purchased a boAt Storm Infinity Smart Watch Active Black (Model WA0013, Serial No. MJA06687734, Bill No. UGN-F-SIDA1476 dated 07/09/2025 from Vijay Sales) which is under warranty. The watch has failed to charge and remains unusable despite repeated visits to your authorized dealer and attempts to contact customer care.
You are hereby called upon to register my complaint immediately and refund the purchase price or replace the defective unit within 7 days, failing which I will be constrained to initiate proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and approach appropriate forums for redressal.
