Boat — Mic of boat earbuds wasnt working on laptop

I thought my boat airdopes 181 pro earbuds were faulty because the mic wasn’t working on my laptop during the Gmeet or Zoom meeting. Sound was coming through, but my voice wasn’t. I was not very sure about contacting support cuz I read mixed reviews, but still gave it a try.The executive first asked me to connect the earbuds to my phone and make a quick call. The mic worked fine there, so he confirmed the earbuds weren’t faulty. Then he checked whether the issue was on my laptop and guided me to fix the laptop audio input and mic settings. After that, the mic started working normally. Even though it wasn’t a product issue, they still helped resolve it.
