[Resolved]  Boat — Money Deducted but no Order confirmation received.

On 18th December 2021 around 6:00PM, i have purchased boAt bassheads 225 from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 439.20 done through GPay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.

Same thing happened with me.
On 26-dec-2021 i have ordered boat rockerz 235 V2. Amount deducted but order is not placed.

I ordered boat airpods 131 model at around 6.35 pm on 12/01/22 ..payment also done but not received any order confirmation id yet.

I visited boat website to order few products. I added the products required( i.e boat rockerz 450, boat airdopes and boat watch xtend) and proceeded to pay, I made the payment and the money got deducted from my account too.But the order is not confirmed. Please kindly help me on this issue.

On 6.07.2022 I have order boat bassheads 100 around 7 PM.Payment has been deducted from my account but no order ID or order confirmation message have been received yet. My order amount 379 has been done through gpay. I have attached the screenshot of my payment below. Refund the paid amount as soon as possible.

boAt Rockerz 333 on july 4 2022 payment is done but I haven’t received any order id and payment is not confirmed. Please look into this issue

I have placed an order for Boat Rockerz 255 pro+ on 8th August 2022. My payment got deducted from my account but I got no order confirmation neither I received any mail regarding my order.
Boat please look into this matter
