Boat stone grenade not charging

I bought boat stone grenade speaker 10 days ago...now speaker is not charging...it got automatic dishcharge . I charge with many chargers but same problem appears . Please replace this product or solve this issue....

I have put airdopes 621 for exchange and it's still not complete it reverse packup generated and 20 days gone I putted for exchange buying date was
25/11/2021/and I put it for exchange on after two days and it still not happen nothing I called 8 to 10 times to customers care only give time 2days 4days again and again only giving time but problem not solving

      I had a problem with my boat airdopes 281 for which I raised a request, and as a replacement I got airpdopes 441 which as a product does not fit in my ears and i didn't wanted it even
      I wanted boat airdopes 281 only

      And now I'm struggling with airdopes 441

      Kindly replace and give me airdopes 281 or similar model not a a very different model

        I have placed a prepaid order from BoAt lifestyle official website on 27th Oct and estimated delivery date was 12th Nov which was further delayed to 14th Nov and it's been more than a month and I haven't received the order neither I got any update on the same.

        Customer service people are very unhelpful as even after complaining couple of times I got no resolution on the same. Neither I got my refund.

        My order got shipped via Ecom express and I even went to the delivery center thrice to get the order because of the delay, but they responded that my item's tag was misplaced and they can't find my item to hand me over.

        I talked to the BoAt customer care a couple of times and every time I talked to them and explained all the issues, I got told within 2-3 days my order will be delivered but I never got any update on the same. Not even a single mail to enlighten me on the issue.

              I had booked boAt Watch vertex black on 02 November, and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th November 2021. But the product was cancelled due to accident iam in hospital .And after 2 days the return of product started and finally after 5 days it was returned back to boAt and the order was accepted also. But even after the return was accepted, I didn't get my refund. So now I want to clearly know when and how will I get my refund. If I don't get refund, I'll file a case against the boAt company for a online fraud, as I am not only victim, I've read so many reviews talking about the same issue. So I expect that boAt would consider my complaint seriously, else the end result would not be good.

              boAt I seriously need my money back. Else you're going to lose your customers. Please provide a proper customer service to your customers.

                I have raised a ticket[protected] for my boat rockerz 335 on November-29, then it has been picked up and send to your warehouse for testing after that there nothing was updated in the website then on Dec-10 i contacted your customer service they said that the same product is not available so we will offer you some other as a replacement and within 72hrs you will get a message regarding this., But till now nothing came. What should I suppose to do?

                      Bought boat rockerz 335 and it stopped working in a month. product has registered with complaint no 3875925. it was picked up on Nov 2 and till date yet to get an replacement. Not sure why they are spending 1.5 months to send a replacement, worst service ever. not at all responding to emails.

                        This is Mutthuraj here, I have ordered Boat blutooth boAt Rockerz 375 Black, BOAT Rockerz 450 Pro with reference order id #1111137 and received this order while using founded both parts were default, so replacement of both the Bluetooth s . So now I didn't not received the both return Blue tooth and even the delivery people not contacted me and not received any updated from the Boat team . If it is not possible to replace the Bluetooth s kindly re embusement the money to My account as soon as possible.

                            I purchased a boat Rockerz 235 V2 blue wireless earphone from Flipkart on 23/06/2021. The product quality is vile and started problem in very noisy sound. Though within warranty period, the company has rejected any support or service for the product stating that the product is use and throw type. Though this type was not mentioned in the product description while purchasing.

                                  I boat a wireless headphone and when it got compliant I sent it to the service centre by registering on their website itself. Item picked with in a week which is 19 November 2021. And after 2 weeks boat team sent an email like it was a manufacturing defect and item will be replaced. And it will another model only due to particular product availability. Which I agreed. After that I sent many mails to get an update but they never replied. Also I made call which they were disconnecting in between. Finally somebody talked to me and said item not dispatched yet and don't know when that will happen.

                                    Bought Boat TWS on 1st Nov, 2020. Since then the right ear unit use to stop charging itself therefore making it unusable. Got it replaced several times but every time it lasted for 2months barely. Now, that my warranty is expired on Nov, 2021 & the same problem has arrived again. I am concerned about the how many faulty items this company delivers & the the consumers has to suffer because of their negligence in quality & durability.
