I've order a headphones (order I'd: 1066252)
On 18 Nov 2021 and it supposed to get delivered by 22 Nov 2021 and I've tried calling boat customer support but not got my item delivered till now(05 Dec 2021) almost 18 days they are using my money and also not delivering the item.

    I ordered my hustle headphones 25th November 2021 nearly 11:45pm before that I ordered one product cancelled then only I bought hustle headphones from shiprocket it says today the delivery date but still not update from shiprocket that also ok but from boat whatsapp account I asked to track my order and entered my order Id then it again asks enter your order Id it means that my order is not valid.I paid online through zest money.lets see...

    As I had ordered boat airpods on 18NOV 21 and one is not working. So I returned it and their staff said that you will get Refund as we don't have same colour you will get mail for your account details as you paid COD. Its being 1 month I did not getting any mail for bank account details. And whenever I call them they just make me fool that you will get mail in 72 hrs but I did not get any mail and my refund.         Boat website is very poor and customer cannot return their products if they don't like and they are saying refund option not available. They just want money only. Collaborating with Customer is ZERO. Also customer care executives from ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com) are VERY WORSE and they reply with "COPY and PASTE MESSAGES ONLY" without checking our emails / calls. Got irritated for ordering wrong product and getting return / exchange.

            I have purchased a new speaker online from boat online site on Feb 2021 and the speaker completely dead by Aug 2021. I have raised a warranty request in boat support portal. But the speaker which i have received as replacement is also not working properly. So i have raised the concern in the same request which i have raised. But i didn't get any response even after several follow-up on the ticket portal and with customer care executives. So i forced to raise fresh request again to replace the newly received speaker. Now they again take back the speaker and recieved a replacement which is in the same condition. Likewise I have raised 4 requests to solve this issue, but still i haven't received it solved.

                          I have send my boat rockerzz 335 under warranty on 9 november. It got delivered to service centre on 16 november and they told me to repair that in 2 days.but nothing happened like that and i waited for one week.On 25 november i got a mail about getting me replaced product but i have not recieved anything. Also they are not giving any update and not responding to my mail...please help me

                            Airdopes 141 charging issue

                            Hey! I had bought airdopes 141 via Amazon on 25th of November 2021 and they were working great suddenly today they aren't charging I have attached the picture and the invoice hope you would look into this matter ASAP and i need a replacement for this one....

                              Boat 131 airpod right side is not working.. no blink or light or sound is seen or heard

                                  I have purchased boat wireless headset from them but after some months i was faced battery issue for the same. Since boat provides 1 year warranty i registered complaint. They arrange pickup and collected the product for checkup. It was sent on may end but till now i haven't received the product back. I call many times to the boat customer care but the are not responding. And asking for acknowledgement of sending the product. I they arranged the pickup i dont have any acknowledgement.
