I bought a pair of airdopes 131 on July 13, 2021. Since the past 15 days my right earbud has stopped working. Please look into this urgently!! My device is under warranty

I have a problem with boat airdopes 131 there is blackpiece of small paper inside maybe eardust guard removed during cleaning cleaning on one side and I put it back so there is problem on that particular situation
