Dear Sir/Mam,
I have not yet received my ordered product (475270 and 475221) in the name of Ajay Kumar Pandav and Sheetal Pandav. Kindly, make it available today if possible. Otherwise, cancel it and refund the amount, immediately.

There is no need to accept the orders if you can not deliver the product at the mentioned location, where products from other sites and courier services are deliverable frequently.
The delivery person has called and told us to receive the product from a nearby hub or you may cancel the order...What nonsense issue.
Kindly, resolve the issue today itself. Do not harm the interest of customers for Boat products, just because of a foolish kind of delivery issue.

I'm ordered boat earbuds 441pro and paid for it and
Still know product is not dispatched
I dont know that your own boat lifestyle is one of worst web site in the world
I'm totally disappointed with your service
If you can please help me with fast or speed delivery within 4days because I'm going outside for work
If you cant refund me my full amount I will order it from Amazon because Amazon have a fast delivery within 2 day

I ordered from your own boat site
7 days over still know dispatch is not done my order boat earbuds 441pro

From Amazon My friend order the same item after 3 days he got his item within 3days
Still know my item from boat lifestyle website is not dispatched for today 8 days over

Or imidetly refund my amount back
So that I can go with that same product from Amazon because they have fast delivery within 2 days they will delivery the product

    Hello,

    I have raised a complaint about boat Airdopes earphones that I bought from amazon and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email. Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from the call center picks up the phone.

    My ticket no is 2400213

    Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

            My airdopes 131 one side is not working

            I have purchased boAt eardopes 131 on 20/05/2021 which have one year of warranty
            But now one of the headphone of the eardopes is not working

            Please solve this issue and change this product...

                My Boat airdopes earpod was not working properly. It had charging issues and also the left pod was not working. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 3rd June 2021. It's 21st June 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest. My ticket number is 2453050.

                Please provide me with a current update and do the needful to return my product to me as early as possible.

                The company did not bother to contact me and they did not provide me with any update regarding my product. I have also not received it. I think I will file a case against them. This needs legal action.

                          My product not delivered by courier support...when i called courier support the number is not rechrged
                          And courier support not try to contact me and says customer was not available
                          .Shipment was done by the boat team 7days ago but because of carelessness of courier support i can't get it at my door step.

                                Referring to the above subject it is very disappointing to see the kind of response we receive from customer support team. Complaint was raised on 15th May, 2021 and product was picked on 17th May 2021. Post that there is no update in ticket nor there is response in email. Whenever we call customer care only false promises are made and always been informed we would be responded on email and status would be updated in ticket. This is such a irresponsible and casual approach towards the customer from service team.

                                    my ticket id is: 2480301 I had registered complaint on 5th of june 2021 for warrenty claim, and after replacing my product, it was succefully shipped at delivery centre. But I have not received the delivery yet. when I called delivery centre regarding to delivery, they said that they had lost my product from there centre. Please take some action as soon as possible. now i am loosing my hopes. Will I get my headphones back or not? Delivery centre name: Xpressbees., contact no:9322360076 Steps taken by company: 5th june: complaint registered. 7th june: complaint approved. 7th june: product picked up by Blue Dart. 10thjune: replaced product left the service centre and picked by courier partner (xpressbees). Today is 25th of june still not received delivery. Take some actions as soon as possible. Your service disappointed me very much.
