Boat — My product picked up and delivered to service center but not process from last 1 month

Hi
I register a complaint for the boat rockerzz 255 on 7 july and product was picked up on 10th july and deliver at service center on 16th july but still i did'nt receive any replacement and the status of the complaint is still not updated and showing just to track the package and above all i tried to communicate via call and mail as well but there is also no reply.
My ticket number is :- 1259194
