Boat — My warranty claim rejected

My complaint number is 36557724 Which I had raised on August 6 and my product was also picked up on the same day. Those who came to pick up the product had seen the product. There was no damage in product that time otherwise the pickup person deny to receive the product. Now the Boat team saying "Your warranty claim has been rejected because we found the received product to be Damaged Product". Please Boat team solve my issue As soon as possible .It's very disappointing. My ticket number is 36557724 .
