About tracking the warranty of product

I sent my earphones for warranty but after 21st of October, I can't track my product and it's been more than 20 days it's not been returned. Such a careless management boat....

I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt BassHeads 220 Wired Headset on 3 Oct, (complaint no. 1611647) now on 19 Oct I got an update that product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 5 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant...

Warranty registration

Bought boat bassheads 225 in ear headphones about 5 months back and now it stopped working its still in warranty period. I wish to claim the warranty but there is no response from the service request. Have registered my complaint more than 5 times it says registration code will be sent to you by email but its all a hoax also everytime i try to call them it says all lines are busy there is no reply on email from past week.

Cancellation of order

I have mailed boat within the hour to cancel my order.
After 24 hrs they mailed and stated how to cancel the order.
I have unfulfilled order in place of cancellation button and i am not able to cancel order.
Mailed them 4-5 times, called them, waited for two hours on call and they disconnected.
Now the product has been picked up by courier partner which is xpressbee.
Kindly cancel my order id-50766...

Right earboat is not working

No response from the company for claiming warranty.

The earphones o[censored]s i.e. boat rockerz 255 have been sent to claim warranty. It had been two months that the earphones have sent to them. They are not giving any reply in "https://imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com/support/home".

Issue: Not get chaged when the charger is plugged in

Boat rockerz 261 malfunction

My boat rockerz 261 purchased on 09.10.2019. Due to malfunction i had give this product for service 5 times in the past. After every replacement the product malfunction is still not resolved. Customer care number was also not reachable and if connects they put too much long hold and never respond....

Bluetooth earphone return

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 30 may 2020 and product is picked on 11june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Now 15 oct 2019, its been 7 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

boat stone 200 speaker not delivered to me.

My boat stone 200 was not working properly so i registered the complaint on 27th may 2020 and the pick up was done on 3 june 2020 by vishnu gochar ([protected]). My ticket no. Is 1129127. Even after 20 dyas the order is not delivered to me. When i check status of my product it show whhandover and current status is showing delivered. But i didnt got any delivery. In jan 2020, put a request for warranty (Request id 918196) as one side head phone was not working.. Product code wireless headphones rockers 275 blue stick cost was 2399/- after 20 days which is too delay but today i have received replace product under warranty scheme is boat rockerz 275 active black cost is 1499/-... sound bar problem

I got message service engineer person will be visit within 48 hour.
After 5 day later no visit.

Today 20th december. Till now no update.
Customer care is useless. They repeat same : person will be visit to your address but no visit till now.

From 7th december to 20 till now no any call from service person & visit....
