I bought boat rockerz 255 wireless headphones this year and right side stopped working. My product is within warranty but company’s customer care number is not working and service centre address is given but cannot find the store. When the service centre phone number provided my company is called... The person is saying wrong number. No response from emails also. Was this information helpful? | |||

I BOUGHT BOAT STONE 230 WIRELESS SPEAKER VIA FLIPKART ON JULY 8 AND IT STOPPED CHARGING ON 25TH JULY SO I NEEDED TO REPLACE IT AND CLAIM MY WARRANTY MY PRODUCT WAS PICKED WITH ON 28TH JULY WITH TICKET NO.1337499 and i am not getting any response with them now and also my product isnt delivered to me yet! i never expected this from boat they dont even answer calls and its very disappointing.
