Boat — Not receiving product | |
Raised a complaint on 16th july 2020 product pickup was scheduled on 21st july. My replacement product was issued on 4th august. It took a month for boat to dispatch my product through expressbees. Tried to track my order through expressbees but they told me the product is still with boat and the yracking number is bogus. Tried to contact boat several times but their customer care number dosent work. Sent boat many mails regarding the same but received no response. Was this information helpful? | |
