Boat — Not returning the product I sent for some some issues within the warranty period | |||
I register a complaint about Boat Bassheads 152 because both side and the mic was not working. They took it from me, and I also got a message from Boat that they were returning the exchanged product through XpressBees on 26th may 2021. It was about to reach on 30th May, but the courier service (XpressBees) called me and informed that my product was at a different location and they will deliver on the next day. In the evening I got a message from Boat that my product is delivered and my complaint is closed. I called the XpressBees but they avoided my calls and did not deliver my product even after 3-4 days. I called Boat customar care, told everything, they asked me to mail a complaint but did not take any step. It's been almost two months, but I didn't get any information from Boat customer care and the courier service. I have every details and the call recordings with the courier service (XpressBees) as proof. Was this information helpful? | |||
