Boat — One earbud keeps disconnecting during calls

My boat Airdopes Plus 311 one side would randomly disconnect in the middle of calls. It was quite annoying because I use them for work. I thought kharab ho gaya and prepared myself for a complaint. I called customer support who guided me and explained that my phone's Bluetooth had too many saved devices and asked me to clear the list and reset buds.
