Boat — One side of my boat rockerz is not working

I have ordered my product boat rokerz 255f bluetooth headset from flipkart having order i'd-od[protected] on 15th nov 2019. Product is in warranty as of now.
Please initiate the replacement of the same as one side (R) of the headset is not working.
