Boat — One side of my earphones was not working

I have boAt Airdopes Plus 311. I got it as a gift from my sister. I do not understand technical things much but I had an issue with one side of the airdopes not working. My sister purchased it through Amazon. The delivery was quick and I liked the packaging, it was premium. I used it for like 2 months and then suddenly I noticed the right buds had some issue. I went to their website to raise a complaint but noticed they had a troubleshooting guide. I just followed the steps and it got fixed easily without needing to raise any complaints.
