Boat — Order cancelled but not refunded

I have ordered boAt 381 in ear less earbuds dark blue instead of boAt 441 earbuds mistakenly from boAt website(order #754031)on 2nd September.After ordering I got my mistake and cancelled it within 2 hours of order placed.But the refund is not yet been initiated.please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I ordered boat airdopes 381 active black colour but I wanted purple mint colour and paid by Paytm.Then I cancelled my order within 10 min and asked for refund and it's been like 2 days there is no update about my refund . please solve the issue as soon as possible.I have attached the screenshot of order .
