[Resolved]  Boat — Power-On Failure on Sound bar

Hi Team,

I have registered product complaint with ticket no: 2101192 on 3rd march 2021.

All of a sudden caught fire and smoke came out from sound bar and woofer, within 3 months i have faced this issue.

your field engineer have visited to my address and has taken all the necessary detail.

I have called customer care many times but no one is giving proper response and in between call got disconnected.

after that I didn't get any further details.

I am really frustrated on this and there no proper response from your side or not a proper action has been taken so far.

Since, I regularly following up with your customer care executive they're also not responding proper and not giving solutions.

I never seen such kind of irresponsible behavior and support from your end.

I really lost my interest on your product.
