Boat — Problem in claiming Warranty | |||
I bought a BOAT micro usb cable last year in october and now there is problem with this product. And as product this is still under warranty I wanted it to get replaced. So for that I went to boat's support portal but unable to register my complaint there. So i visited to nearest service center that is nearly 25km away from my home and on reaching there The service center responded by saying we dont have this product in our warehouse so we can not help you. Thereafter I am trying to connect with customer care since 2 days but haven't got any result they [unable to talk with customer care].
