[Resolved] Boat — Product delivery issue and harming the interest of customer for boat product | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I have not yet received my ordered product (475270 and 475221) in the name of Ajay Kumar Pandav and Sheetal Pandav. Kindly, make it available today if possible. Otherwise, cancel it and refund the amount, immediately. There is no need to accept the orders if you can not deliver the product at the mentioned location, where products from other sites and courier services are deliverable frequently. The delivery person has called and told us to receive the product from a nearby hub or you may cancel the order...What nonsense issue. Kindly, resolve the issue today itself. Do not harm the interest of customers for Boat products, just because of a foolish kind of delivery issue. Find the attached screenshots, if it's useful to resolve the issue.
