Boat — Product not received back | |
I issued a complaint for replacement of my earphones boat basshead 225 on 25th of August 2020 and on 26th of August 2020 the delibery boy from xpressbees came and took my earphones. After they provided me with a ticket no. And an AWB no., i kept a track of the product. On 2nd of September it was last updated as it reached Mumbai and was given to WHHANDOVER. Its been 18 days and i have not recieved my product back. My ticket no. Is 1447290 and my AWB no. Is[protected]. As i was curious so i tried calling their customer service but they dont reply to that. This is a sincere request please give a new product or refund my money as it was in the warranty period.
