I am getting a same issue. My order Id is 641753 and my order has not been even dispatched since 5 days. I would have ordered from Flipkart. All thanks to BoAt's great service, they dont even have any coustomer care support. I just want my order to be delivered as I have waited for a long long time.

I have order boat eardopes 131 from boat app and payment was deducted but till now it's not even shipped and when I tried to track it it's showing order I'd not avaible but u sended me this order id, and I am able to see order on boat app and boat website, so please ship it fast ... My order I'd 213445

I also have same issue. I ordered Boat Airdopes from Boat website order no is #288614 at 08/04/2021. Order not sipped yet. pathetic service by Boat company. Give me my money back.

I have ordered Bluetooth earphone from Boat on 8-April which is not delivered as on 29th April. Now they are not sharing any update, even I can not connect with them.

My boat product order 363012 was placed on 14th May and it is still not shipped. I can't even contact any customer service to know the delivery date. Flipkart would have been better as it would have delivered in just 2 days. Pathetic service boat. Either intimate the delivery details or refund my money.

It's ordered on 13th of June and the status is shown as pickup Exception last on June 17, after that status is not updated. What should I do now?
