They are not at all responsible. they are not even answering the service center calls. and if they are picking the calls they will just disconnect it after hearing you concern an doing nothing about it.

    Product not shipped and delivered

    I have ordered boat airpodes from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not shipped at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order is not available but I can see the same order id in the website and boat mobile app. Order id is 112753 and it was ordered on dec 11 2020. Upto now no response from boat not able to send email to given address or call customer care service number. When can I expect...

      Since my bluetooth is not working I have raised complaint then they collected the bluetooth from me on June 8 and assigned me a ticket id 1157604 and said we will return you in 10-15 days but it's been 6 months .whenver we call or mail no response from them at all

        Hello Support Team,

        I am finding it very difficult to get a support team and hence the email.

        The product replacement due to a faulty earphone that we received is an incorrect one. This could be due to the invoice that we sent were 2 pages and the first page is what the team referred to. The person who collected the replacement did ask about it and we clearly told him it is the second one which the team should refer to as we uploaded both the invoices. Additionally, the product that was picked could be identified, so we are not sure how this could have happened.

        Please take a look into this matter and replace it with the correct product.

        Details:
        The replaced product that we received: BOAT 102 WIRED HEADSET.
        The product that we should have received in replacement: BOAT 103 BLUETOOTH HEADSET

        The replacement took 10+ days and that too a different product. Now, we will have to wait for another 10+ days to get this original one. I am sorry, but we are not happy with the proceedings. Nevertheless, we would like to get this as soon as possible as we procured this for online classes.

        I even sent an email with invoice details but received no responses. Was never able to reach the phone. It says they are busy with other customers.

        Today is 20th December yet I not received my product not even a mail or reply

          I had purchased a Boat Stone 200 from the Official Boat Website.

          The marketing is so bad that it is not clear on your website, if Stone 200 or 200A has Alexa built in.
          However, I tried returning the product.

          1. The reverse pickup took 20 DAYS
          2. The reverse pickup was held on 26 OCTOBER 2020 and today is 14 DECEMBER 2020. Still no news of MY REFUND!!!

          The worst Experience. Thought Ill try an "INDIAN BRAND" but had the worst experience.

          The joke is that "BoAT" markets itself as *fast and efficient service* !!! XD

          The Customer Service Phone number keeps me on Hold.
          Their Instagram Handle asks me to have "PATIENCE".
          and the local service helpline tells me he is "HELPLESS" and will get back to me.

          The product sound and quality is great, However if at all you buy a wrong product or the product is faulty then God alone can save you. Cause Boat service definitely will not.

                      I purchased Boat Rockerz 450 recently(2-3months before) from flipkart
                      firstly i replaced them due to connectivity issue and low sound quality then i visited again at Boat service center in Kalkaji again because of sound leak problem and when they replaced the headphones now again connectivity issues are there. what the hell is happened with Boat products, every single piece has one or other problem and they don't even fetch us and collect the product. we have to go to the center and do the deed required. I am very dissapointed with the service .

                          Warranty service escalation

                          Despite repeated attempts the company is not fulfilling it's warranty conditions of responding for a service call for a faulty wireless Bluetooth Headphone by not generating any valid ticket number for the complaint already launched in their service portal

                          Hi my ticket number is 70345 and order ID is 87874 and u guys have taken my product and still not received refund . u guys don't even respond to my mails and the your customer service number is trash .                                     So, my reason to mail you or to reply you after the product is being delivered to me is, you received my Replacement Request you Replaced my product also it is so good for me but the product you have given to me is in Red colour You Totally Replaced my Airdopes and the main thing is you Replaced that colour is good one but you have not given me the Accessories of that Red colour Product Why? In my ear default size earbud is not fitting well so what should I do now the Product case is in Red colour and the previous one product which I have is in Spirit Lime colour and I have the Accessories also But the colour of the product is changed. Imagine the way you treat your coustemer . Now I can't use that default size earbud it comes out from my 👂 Ears . I Want The New Product Now With New Case and followed by product Box Or send me new product or full Accessories of the product which you have replaced means Red Colour Product .
