On 10th july 2020, i purchased one of your headphones 'Boat Rockerz 380' through the official website of boat. It was delivered to me after some days, but had no invoice and absolutely no packing, felt like just bought from an nearby shop and delivered. But i didn't had any issue at that time and started using the headphones...and i loved it!!!
But, few days back(20 nov 2020), my headphone's bluetooth stopped working, it was not turning on even it was fully charged. I waited and tried for few days but it was not turning on! So i went to file a complaint on your website about it, but it needs an invoice of it and now i felt the need of that invoice which was never delivered to me. So couldn't file a complaint. But trust me, i'm a geniune buyer. Though i'm not having any invoice, but u may have my order in your records...pls do something, Coz i trusted Boat so ordered this headphone!!!
