Boat — Product taken for replacement but no replacement till now | |||
I had bought a boat basshead 225 blue on 21.10.2019 from amazon (Invoice uploaded) for ₹499. On 25th of august, 2020 it started malfunctioning and no sound cane from the earphones, so i lodged a warranty claim to boat - ticket no :-1350654. They approved my product and picked my product on 01.08.2020, it's 01.09.2020 and there's is no email or message about giving me back my replacement or repaired product.
