Boat — PV claim rejected

I have registered the warranty claim for two different products from boAt website for one product having the ticket number 40030581 is processed and replacement is done while the other product having ticket number 40032058 is rejected saying that the wrong item received but the item they are showing is not this product but the one which I sent along with this item.There is miscommunication and the two products and mistakenly interchanged while delivering them to their respective hubs please make sure to check the other product which is placed at same time and verify it and provide the warranty claim as soon as possible.
