Boat — refund not issued for canceled order fraudulent practices by boat

I placed an order (Order Number: 7660739
Order Date: 19/02/2025)for boAt Bassheads 104 | Wired Earphones on 19th February 2025 from boAt’s official website. Due to an issue, I attempted to cancel the order, but there was no option available in the “My Orders” section. I immediately contacted boAt’s customer support, and they instructed me to refuse the delivery to get a refund.

I followed their instructions and refused the delivery when the courier attempted to deliver the package. However, despite waiting for several days, I have not received my refund. Today is 5th March 2025, and boAt has completely ignored my refund request. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but they have failed to take any action.

This is completely unacceptable and amounts to fraudulent business practices. They assured me of a refund but have deliberately delayed and ignored my complaint. This is a clear violation of consumer rights
