Boat — Refund not received | |||||
I am writing this email to inform you that I have not received my refund after following up multiple times with BoAT call centre agents. I bought a product worth Rs 360.00 on June 29th 2021. Since I did not like the colour, I wanted to replace it. Since the product was out of stock, I had to put the request for a refund on the same day. Order # 518866. I made several calls to customer care and had multiple conversations on Twitter. All I get to hear is, the request for the refund has been processed but there is no credit in my account.
