[Resolved] Boat — Replaced product dispatching in 5 business days and its been more than 5 days no update yet

I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt BassHeads 220 Wired Headset on 3 Oct, (complaint no. 1611647) now on 19 Oct I got an update that product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 5 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant about the product. Please help me out

They just shipped the product right after I complain about them.

boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had registered a complaint about replacement of boat Bassheads 100 earphone. On 28th October I got an update saying replacement delivering in five days. Its 4th November and I still haven't got the replacement product or any updates.

I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt Rockers 255 pro on 14 April (complaint no. 2252485) on 6 May I got an update that Replacement product issued and replaced product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 15 days no update yet, I called customer support support no proper response. Please help me out
