I've sent my replacement product of boat airdopes 441 through xpressbees and it hasn't been delivered to the origin it's been two months
The shipment status said shortage few days ago but when I track now it shows invalid awb number
I tried contacting boat and xpressbees none of them tried to provide a resolution

    I have not received my boat uno product. My product is picked up successfully on july 25.Ticket number is 1313364. They received my product. They sent through Delivery courier service tracking number[protected]. But not delivered till now. It is picked up on july now October 27 but till now I have not received.please deliver

    I have not received any response from boat please don't tick it as resolved.Boat brand also became a fraud.I purchased Boat Uno nirwana on Amazon. After 6 months its mike is stopped working.so i requested to replace the product to manufacturing brand boat by sending invoice which I received in Amaxon.my ticket number is 1313364. Then Xpressbees courier boy came to pickup my product on 22nd july Awb number is 2385120141529. Then after 10 days i have received message from boat showing we successfully checked your product and eligible for replacement. Then they give Delhivery courier name AWB is 1300615224236. Now 4 months but i not received my product. Many time i contacted to boat cc but no use they dont attempt calls.i have sent too many mails everyday but they didn't replied.please help me to get my product. I suggest please don't buy any product from Boat very bad service also very cheap products. They don't lost more than 3 months

      I've ordered boat bassheads 172.from boats official website. Everything is done and payment is deducted. I've submited screen shot along with. However neither u received confirmation email. Nor am I able to track my order from boat website. I request to make a refund if the same.

          My boat earphones are picked on 12 th Sep 2020 and they are not arrived yet.Currently xpressbees is showing Arrived at BOM/RVP, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA this as shipment status it's now almost one and half month passed it showing it has reached to service center...i called boat help center many times but most of the times it comes busy and there is no good response from them...my ticket number is 1520147.Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long and please help me with my complain

          It's now 10 days my boat product information is showing item dispatching in 5 days but still it's not yet delivered sir/ma'am please look into my Matter it's more than 2 months since I have issued my product for replacement it's still not yet delivered back to me please help me!!!             My ticket no is 1601634.I send my boat 235v2 rockerz on 8 oct my product is in black colour.and i get the replacement of product in blue and on the eway bill the company mentioned the product colour black.But inside the box there is not black colour it is in blue colour.i want my replacement of colour blue to black.I call customer care but no one is giving response.I want the product in black not in blue so kindly change and resolve my issue.My product is boat rockerz 235 v2 in black not blue.So kindly send me the black colour and replace the blue into black.

            My complaint is not resolved by company yet.
            My ticket no is 4955143.I send my boat 235v2 rockerz on 24th february 2022 which was black in colour. I get the replacement product on 28th february 2022 which was red in colour, also the details on the e-way bill was not clear to read. I want my replacement colour from red to black. I chat with boat service in fb, and they said the products are subject to availability. Last time i checked, boat rockers 235 v2 black was still available in both flipkart and amazon, so I didn't get the part "subject to availability ". I want the product in black not in red so kindly resolve my issue.

              6 months before the mic stoped working and few days after registering complaint they picked up . Then i never received it back. I wrote them 1000's and mails and 1000's of phone call. They are not even giving a proper answer while contacting.

                  I had ordered boat 131 from the boat website. I asked for a refund within 24 hours as I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The return was approved by boat and they said they will arrange a pickup for the same. But its been more than 15 days now there is no update regarding the same. I tried mailing them. Sending them message over facebook messenger. But they just say your issue was escalated and stuff. Ticket number of my issue is 55995. Order number is 57848.

                  Sent multiple messages on their facebook account. And wrote some reviews on their facebook posts. After doing this for a while the headsets got picked up after 2 months. Don't know whether it was corona effect or something else.

                      I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of one side not working on 27th September and they picked up the product on 28th September. Since October, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been a 10 days. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails or calls as well.                         The product was taken more than 20 days ago and on 13th October, the status was shown as "Dispatching in 5 days". After 5 days, no update, neither any feedback and the product doesn't show dispatched. In fact it has been more than 10 days now as I'm writing this on 24th Oct. When I call them, every time they say it'll dispatch within 1-2 days. Even today I called and they said the same. And they hang the call without giving a proper response. Had reached them out on twitter also, yet to no avail.

                          My ticket number is 1560848. It has been more than 1 month since my product pick up still I didn't receive my product back. Such delay in service. The status mentions 2 or 5 business days for one status update but they take almost 1-2 weeks extra for each operation. Why such delay in dispatching even after the product has been replaced? In the status it says 5 business days for the dispatch but now 1week. And no response from them.

                                    I made a replacement request of boat bassheads 242 earphone on 16/09/20 and last status shown on ticket number - 1546838 that "replacement product issued" on 13/10/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. It is almost 10 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1546838. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.
