My boAt basshead 225 earphone's jack gets defected within 2 month so it can get repaired or replaced. Its been nearly 28 days i didn't get my product back. The xpressbees are saying that product has been DTO and request client for any further enquiries about shipment. Who the ### is client dude. Is that boAt. I already called boat 100 times but the did'nt picked up my phone. Am i chutya or something. Please help me. Give me my ###in earphone back.

    My earphones got damaged under warranty period & so i sent them for servicing as they were eligible..Boat being an awesome comapny took it from me..gave their precious time for checking the product & they decided to replace the product(ALL THIS IS ACC. TO INFO RPOVIDED ON TICKET NO. GIVEN BY THEM ON PRODUCT)...They decide to repalce & they did but now it has been more than above 2, onths & the product is still undelivered back to me..&&& THE TWIST S THAT THEY UPDATE THE TICKET STATUS EVERY6-7 DYAS THAT "REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ISSUED" & that's the end...they haven't been delivered...NEVER SEEN SUCH A BAD RESPONSE FROM SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY...Those who wanna see the magical ticket status updated every 6-7 days can visit

        I have raised a request to replace my faulty product which was under warranty.
        I raised the request on 1 September 2020 and I have not received the product as of now. I have called customer care around 10 times and I received the same response as always that they will dispatch the product within 2 days. Everytime I call they ask to wait for 2 days. On the website my product was supposed to be dispatched on 15 September but it has not dispatched untill now. It has been 45 days.

          I bought their Airdrop from Amazon. Under 15 days, their charger stopped working and hence i registered a compliant. They picked up the product and I haven't heard back from them yet.

          My compliant No. is 1558104. I am an educated person and can very well read the status on their complaint tracker. But it's been more than 5 business days since they marked replacement product as dispatched.

          - They do not have any customer representative available to talk. The number shared on their website doesn't route to any human rep to talk with.
          - I have been mailing them but all me follow ups fell on deaf ears
          - Very irresponsible and hooligan behavior from BOAT

          I am going to file a lawsuit in consumer court now.

                I asked for a replacement for my product. On 28th Sept the product was delivered to the Boat Hub and replacement was issued on 6th Oct 2020 still I don’t have any update on it

                  I have ordered Edict EWH01 Wireless Headphones on 29 August 2020
                  After two- three week it started malfunctioning.
                  Can't connect it via Bluetooth or while connecting with aux gets the bass distorted.
                  So i registered a Complaint on 23 September 2020 with ticket number 1575781.
                  It almost took 20 days for getting it to be replaced but today i.e. 14 September 2020, I received the replacement product and it was Edict EEP01 In ear wired earphones, which was totally different product from the one i wished to replace.
                  I just want to have my Edict EWH01 Wireless Headphones back.

                    I have purchased the boat earphone [boAt Rockerz 255 Sports Bluetooth Wireless Earphone - Active Black] on 20th oct 2019, order no.:[protected]

                    My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case service ticket number is 1479639 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that product is wired earphone.

                    My product which i purchased was [boAt Rockerz 255 Sports Bluetooth Wireless Earphone - Active Black ] but the product i have received is boAt BassHeads 100 in-Ear Wired Earphones (Taffy Pink) which is very cheap as compared to my product.

                    The whole process took 18-20 days and still has not received my original product replaced.

                    I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else I will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.

                    Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the picture of the wrong product which i have received.

                    I had sent my EWH01 wireless headphones for replacement.
                    And after 20 long days the have given me wired earphones EEP01.
                    I don't understand what's the replacement logic behind this.

                    Make a pdf of original product invoice and its box pictures
                    And another pdf of the wrong product received and write the full details order date and ticket number and mail them on their email address.

                          I bought boat rockers from flipcart with a week it stooped working.i bought them grom flipcart they have 7 days replacement offers so thwy regused to exchange and suggested me to call for service to boat service centre but till october they are not reveiving calls and not replying mails.i want to replacement nw but not receiving any co operation from boat.must say boat have worst products with worst service.

                            So I bought my boat airdopes from Amazon in the mid August and at the beginning it was working fine with good sound but had very poor mic, and within a month it started showing the issues like connectivity issues, mic problem etc. By the end of September o e bud was completely not working so after getting fed up with it I tried to apply for warranty and by the grace of luck my earbuds were not being accepted for door to door service. Then I thought there must be some confusion and contacted the boat support who were so helpful that I have to call them every 2-3 days how is my issue taken care of and there was just confusing statement from their side.
                            Highly disappointed just bought them because it was a Indian brand and nothing else.
                            I hope someone find it helpful my 3 k was wastes

                              I registered a complaint on 19 june 2020
                              And my replacement product dispatched on 17 july 2020. When i checked status it showed that delivered back to shipper. It has been more than 3 months i am still waiting for my headphones.
                              They are not replying to mails. Customer care phone number is not working.

                              My Old complaint id is 1198848

                              Now they have created new ticket . And They provided wrong tacking no.
                              The tracking no. Does not exist.

                                    I ordered an Energyshroom PB06 - Blue Power Bank (order number # 42238) from your website on August 24, 2020. On 30 August 2020, I received this product at 2.25 pm. I noticed that one of its portion has very minor physical damage. I complain it through the email. after some days as per company request I raise a same product exchange request. after that it pickup from me on 9 Sep, 2020 amd WHHandover by Xpressbees on Tuesday, 22nd Sep 2020, at 07:09 PM. after that on 25 Sep, 2020 I have got a product receive confirmation email by company. and after that confirmation till yet I have no update regarding my product. I request to the company replace product or refund my amount asap. bcz its too much delay.

                                    From my side after many emails or calls on helpline numbers to the Boat company they not able to track my refund product (in which location my product reach) or replace my product with new one because of very poor quality service across the nation. So i give an option to the company that they replaced or refund my full amount within somedays. After my suggestion they refunded my full amount within two days.                                       I claimed warranty on my boat rockerz 235v2 Earphones, I bought them only 2 months ago and they start to malfunctioning so I put a request for replacement and an agent came and picked up the product from me on 2 or 3th of September 2020 and the product received at the Mumbai for testing on 9-11 the of September so I checked the status again.On 16 of September 2020 it was showing that replacement product has been issued but today is 13 of October I didn't get it and no updates from boat.So I tried to call them but no response also I sent an email but no response there.If that's the customer service I'm disappointed from boat I have been using their products from a long time. I don't know what to do??

                                        I'm junaid ahmed and i had ordered a Bluetooth tws earbuds (boat airdopes 441) on the boat lifestyle website, and paid 1, 800 after getting a discount! but i had to cancel the order one tge same day due to some problem, and the company said it would take around 5-7 days for getting the refund, but now its almost 14 days and i haven't received my refund amount of 1800, i tried contacting the customer support more than 50 times, and no one received the call, even tried to mail them, worst customer service i have experienced, i request you to refund my money back!
