Boat — Replacement diley issue | |||
I made a replacement boat earphone on 26/06/20. And last status shown on ticket number - 1221681 that "replacement product issued" on 13/07/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 3 months they dispatch the product through blue dart awb no [protected] but parcel or delivery not received me at location i made call customer service of blue dart he said me our parcel return back to shipper. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1221681. I am facing lots of problem regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||
