On April 1st, 2023, I received a faulty/damaged product and applied for a replacement on the Boat official website at https://www.boat-lifestyle.com. I also received confirmation with a ticket ID from Boat's official WhatsApp account, and I spoke with Boat customer care and they confirmed my replacement.
However, on April 4th, 2023, I received a message from Boat's official WhatsApp account stating that the pickup was not done due to the wrong address. My address is the Chennai Institute of Technology College in Chennai, which is a well-known place in the city. I am frustrated by this as I was able to receive the product correctly from the Boat company at this same address then how do your executives say this is the wrong address ? ( Assigned pickup company name is XPRESSBEES https://www.xpressbees.com/ )

I require a replacement for the faulty product as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if Boat could expedite the process to avoid further inconvenience.
However, I am facing difficulties accessing the official Boat website to track the replacement status. Despite trying multiple browsers and different mobile numbers, I am still unable to log in. I find it completely frustrating and disappointing that Boat's login features and account management system are not functioning properly.
I kindly request Boat to resolve the issue and ensure that the website is accessible to customers who need to track their orders or file complaints.
