[Resolved] Boat — replacement of boat stone 1400 not received yet. | |||
I raised a complaint on boat's website about mu faulty stone 1400 speaker on 11 nov (24 days ago) as it had stopped working. 2 days later my speaker was picked up from my home (On 13 nov). Then it took 7 days for it to reach mumbai which it finally did on 20th november. Then 2 days later (22 nov), i checked for the status of my complaint on your website and it stated that a replacement unit was issued (Attaching a screenshot for the same). After that i haven't heard from you for a single time in 14 days. So it's my kind request to provide me with some update about the progress of my complaint as soon as possible. And provide me with the replacement unit asap. Your customer support won't pick up my phone and it's just pathetic. According to you the replacement is already issued so why aren't you sending the speaker back to me. Kindly revert back to me with an update Thanks and regards Aditya pandey Email-aditya.
