            I ordered an boat nirvana on 14 july from boat official website and this order is prepaid .On 17 july i received a box by the delhivery delivery boy
            but after i opened the box the i saw my product is missing then i called the delivery boy and he said i can't do anything about this do complaint to boat so i called the boat helpline number on same day they said click some photograph and make video of empty box and mailed it on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.Com
            i do the same then they asked me for to wait 6-7 days for investigation but they didn't solve my problem and didn't respond to my mails
            i am very frustrated and disappointed form this incident
            please solve my problem asap

              No response from boat
              No response from their mail
              On call they tell me your product is try to pick but at that time you unavailable .
              I got no call, no mail for pick up very pathetic service

                Very third class customer support and product. I purchase airdopes 141 on march 2023. within two months cross i have send replacement 2 times. all replacements takes 15 days time. still i am waiting my second replacement. already approved my replacement on 13 july. still no dispatch my device from imagine marketing india private limited. it's very bad service and product. don't buy any product from this company. be aware before buy any product from this company. and u mail me mail with false tracking id.

                  My boat rockerz 255 pro+ stopped functioning and I raised a ticket for warranty claim. The process went smoothly. The problem is that the product that I received is not the original boat rockerz 255 pro + but a downgrade version of it boat rockerz 255 pro. Which may not sound same but has huge features different. it's battery backup is also very low as compared to boat rockerz pro plus. Please help me

                    What kind of pathetic service you guys provide .iam genuinely saying the product was Miss and u disconnected the call while speaking without completing also . learn work ethics first. I ordered an alpha airdopes for my cousin's birthday gift, when we opened it, it was an empty box only usb cable was found and the airdopes were missing. I raised a ticket for the same they asked me to send an email with pictures.i did the same they closed the ticket without even replying . I raised a ticket again some employee called swapna called me and disconnected the call while speaking and dint resolve the issue.its such a pathetic service and website.i should have checked the reviews before placing the order. Never thought it was a fraud company. I want my product or refund .

                      I am writing to file a complaint against Boat, a company that sells electronic products. I have been a victim of their poor warranty service.
                      I have purchased boat airdopes 141, a wireless headphone, on[protected] from their official website. The product has a 1 year warranty as per their terms and conditions. However, the product started to malfunction. The right side of the headphone is not working properly, it is low in volume and distorted.
                      I have followed the procedure to apply for a warranty claim on their website. I was informed that the defective product would be picked up by their courier partner within 3 days and I would receive a confirmation call from them.
                      However, I did not receive any call or notification from the courier partner. Instead, I received a message from Boat's website saying that the courier partner tried to reach me and I did not answer the call. This is false and unfair. I did not receive any sort of call from the courier partner.
                      Because of this false reason, my warranty claim was cancelled and the ticket was closed by Boat. I tried to reapply for the warranty claim, but the same thing happened again. I received another message saying that the courier partner tried to reach me and I did not answer the call, which is again untrue. My warranty claim was cancelled and the ticket was closed again by Boat.
                      This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel that Boat is trying to delay or deny my warranty claim by using this dishonest method. I have only a few days left before my warranty period expires. I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I want you to reopen my warranty claim, arrange for a prompt pickup of the defective product, and provide me with a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
                      I have attached the invoice of the product, the screenshots of the tickets from Boat's website as evidence of my claim.

                              My self Manikandamoorthy and I am working in JSW Steel Ltd Bellary. I was purchased Boat 385V2 black from Boat official website. After a month the left side speaker was not worked and I raised warranty against the same. The warranty web page shows your current product was not available and you may So you choose relavant product.
                              But I don't choose relavant product but original so, I raise warranty. Company courier partner was picked the faulty product and boat sent the same to service hub. After some days boat service hub replied your product is working fine in all aspects so, we will return back to your address.
                              The same was received and check then let me know the issue still persisit. So I again raise the warranty and send to boat service hub.
                              This time they accept the claim and we will send new product against faulty.
                              Finally they told you will be receive the relavant product not original as per confirmation like. But still I didn't confirm to boat.
                              I need same original product against faulty because I was purchased with proper amount.
                              If really the same product was not available, I request to provide equvalant cost product like Rockers 330ANC but they provide degrade product.
                              So I request yours to please take necessary action to get the new product against faulty otherwise upgrade product like Rockerz 330ANC.

                              I hope the consumer forum help us to get the product. Finally I look forward from your end.

                                I sent my airdopes for the warranty claim check and they sent me a mail today regarding how my claim was rejected and one of the earbud was missing. The delivery executive wouldn't have even accepted it if the product was missing so yeah it is a fraud from BoAt

                                  A month before I was purchased Boat Rockerz 385v2 black wireless neckband from boat official website. After a month left side speaker was not work and I raised warranty against faulty product. They were picked and sent to service hub. The service hub replied no issues in product so we will send back to u and sent it back. I received the same and checed the product then came to know that issue was persist. Again I raise warranty complient and send to service hub and this time they accepted the claim and replied as boat send relavant one product to u but not original product. I dint need any relavant or degraded product against my products but I need new product against faulty. So they don't response regarding my query.

                                      My boat rockers 550 red in color has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to mishandling or misuse ; it has broken completely due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possible
