My boat rockerz 255 pro+ stopped functioning and I raised a ticket for warranty claim. The process went smoothly. The problem is that the product that I received is not the original boat rockerz 255 pro + but a downgrade version of it boat rockerz 255 pro. Which may not sound same but has huge features different. Please help me.

                I had bought one set of Boat 138 Earbuds from S.R. Communications, Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 vide invoice no. 2023-24/383 dated 4th June'23 of Rs. 1, 300/-
                Now the Earbuds are not charging as well as voice is not clear.

                  I had purchased a Rockerz 330 on 22nd of March 2022, I replaced the product on August 14th, 2022 because one side of the earphone was not working. After 9 months of replacement I'm facing overheating issue with the headphone.
                  If the product is only 9months old, why I'm not eligible to claim the warranty. Please Solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased boat xtend smart watch with alexa built-in, 1.69" HD Display, Multiple watch faces, Stress Monitor, HR & SpO2 Monitoring 14 sports modes, sleep monitor, 5 ATM& 7 DAYS Battery Life (Olive Green) from Amazon on 28.02.2023.
                    I was facing connecting issue with my purchased item.
                    So i have raised a complaint under warranty provide by boat on dated 08.06.2023 (Ticket No.[protected].
                    Pickup was done on 10.06.2023.
                    Today I have received the notification from boat service team that they found the product to be wrong product and my claim is rejected, and in product varification report I was found that there is image of different product, but I have sent smart watch to the boat and as per their policy pickup boy was verified my product before pickup.

                    Please look into the matter.

                        I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now today I tracked my waranty ticket and got my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) . I have contacted customer support as well they're not responding properly I need replacement of product I don't want that damaged product back

                                  I recently brought Airdopes 131 from Flipkart. But suddenly my right side eardope stopped working. I even raised a complaint in nearby boat service center. But I've received a message saying that the invoice I submitted is tampered or edited.
                                  But whatever invoice I had received from Flipkart I've submitted that. This is the worst thing. I lost my money and now they are telling I've edited the invoice. Please resolve my issue or refund my money.

                                    Boat did FRAUD with me, recently i ordered eardopes worth 999rs from boat Lifestyle website, with order id-4920867, and got a defective product and then within the exchange period i placed a request for exchange and recieved only an empty eardopes charging case so i raised a complaint(complaint id[protected] with boat customer support team, sent them all the relevant proofs along with the unboxing video, later after waiting for a week i got a mail stating that the product was delivered intact according to their investigation, i don't know what kind of investigation they are talking about, didn't expect such fraud cheating from boAt Lifestyle Aman Gupta, in few days iam going to take legal action against this brand hoping law will serve justice and punish these fraudsters for their deeds, i request you guys to stop buying products from boat website if you don't want to be cheated.

                                      I placed order on boat official website. They sent me package holding scratched product looks to be old one. I raised complaint via email and social media. They mentioned they will come back with the solution after 6 days . They come back after 10 days saying they can't help on this as package is delivered properly. But I'm seeing scratched product inside . They sold me scratched product I'm want my money back as they are not resolving my issue by purchasing their product.

                                        It's been two months since I bought my airdopes 131 and the left earpiece stopped working. I registered my complaint and after my earpiece being evaluated, the right earpiece was physically damaged like the plastic was pulled off or hammered. I kept it in a perfect condition and this scam by boat, didn't just happen to me but hundreds of people. And I gave my airdopes in perfect condition to the delivery person. The earpiece in the photo doesn't even look mine because I cleaned the earpiece before sending it for warranty. There was no crack in it, but now there is one. So do I assume that delivery person is liable for the damage or boat is?
