[Resolved] Boat — rockerz 255 stopped working after two months | |||
I bought the boat rockerz 255 wireless earphones on 2nd october 2019 via amazon, which is barely four months ago. Today, the right earbud stopped working. It works only if it is at certain angles and that too barely. Since it is within the warranty period, i want a replacement. However, their 'new' warranty claim system has no way to actually register a proper warranty claim, and their 'customer care' is so useless that i have been trying to get in touch with them every day for weeks, and they neither picked it up, or got back to me. The subject mentioned product is in warranty, trying to contact the customer care / service center since last week, as both the customer care no. and the service center are same as per their online portal, trying to compliant online of the product but the product is not shown in their drop down menu.

I bought this wireless boat rockerz earphones on 5th September 2019 but now it's right ear plug not working. This is in warranty period now so kindly replace this.
