Boat — Songs keep pausing on their own on my earphones

I got boAt Airdopes Supreme last year and just paired them straight to my phone. The appearance is very good and looks classy. But whenever I played songs, they kept pausing on their own, even with a slight touch on the bud.I thought it was some defect. I called customer care, they told me I have to download the boAt Hearables app. I did it and after installing, I switched off that in-ear detection thing and the pausing stopped. It worked really well after that. The performance is good. The app also unlocked some cool features I didn’t know existed such as- customising the touch controls, activating Spatial Audio for an immersive listening experience and adjusting the Equalizer settings to suit my preferences.
