I registered complaint on 7th december. Ticket no : 829556.
I got message service engineer person will be visit within 48 hour.
After 5 day later no visit.

Today 20th december. Till now no update.
Customer care is useless. They repeat same : person will be visit to your address but no visit till now.

From 7th december to 20 till now no any call from service person & visit.
