I have boat speaker by model stone grenade xl. I ordered it from amazon after few days it stopped working so i raised a complaint and they changed it but after few months it again was not working properly so i again raised request to change the product on 9 oct 2019. But still no pickup is done even though its showing pickup generated but i have not received any call from courrier partner its status by the tracking no that company provided...

Nobody picks the call from customer care nobody replies to mail are you people fooling the customers.

no one coming to take my reverse pick up order

I had sent a returned the product because of mic issue.. My earphones of boat bass head 220 was having a problem in the mic and one side earphone was not working as there was no physical damage. Since i had purchased just 3 months back so as per the terms and conditions i had to get a replacement of the same product. I have sent a replacement on 08/10/2019...
