not getting my earphone back in warranty

I have given my basshead 225 blue earphone to claim warranty by online complaint but it has been more than 30 days no one is attending my call and no one is replying to my email. And even the tracking status is not showing. Plz return my boat earphone. It's been more than 1 month. I have also called ranchi service center they said now they don't have boat agency anymore. I have been calling and mailing boat customer care for past 1 month...

boat earphones not delivered after being repaired

I had raised a complaint for my boat earphones whose one side was not working, following which my product was picked for repair, repaired and being sent out for delivery (As per messages i have received). I never recieved my earphones back and the tracking ticket had been closed. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the customer care but in vain. I am not able to understand whose end is the loop hole. It has been more than 2 months...

've filed a complaint for my boat bass head 225 as i had complaints on 4th september and it was picked up on 20th oct 2019 and successfully received at the service center on 25th october after that i haven't received any update neither they are replying to my mails nor to calls.

This is a very long time period for replacement please replace my product as soon as possible...

boat rockerz 275 active black bluetooth

I gave my bluetooth for replacement as it's left ear has stopped working, the product was picked up and when i tracked it shows that it's our for delivery on 24th of oct but i haven't received my product yet

replacement product didn't come

I claimed warrant on my faulty ear phones they took from me and in status its been showing that it reached the boat companey and replacement product issued since october 22nd but still no delivery. Its been 9 days still no update. Why this kind of poor service from a big brand??!. They even not replying to my mails and not answering my calls. So please help me fast

not get my product back

I raised a complaint on 14 october of boat rockerz 255 f and it was delieverd to the boat care at 19 october and on 25 october i get notification that replacement product is issued but today is 30 october and i dont get any other information about dispatching even the customer care doesnot pick up my calls or nor replies my mails i want my product back and seriously i get very bad impression of boat company from this

no updates for my product after faulty earphones picked up

I have raised complaint on 5th oct about my boat rockerz earphones and they picked up my order and it's reached service station on 14th oct but till now i don't see any updates about replacement/repair.

I tried to call and mailed multiple times but no response those guys.

So please help me to resolve issue as soon as possible...

Have been waiting for my replacement product from past one month. The replacement product was issued on 26 sept and i have yet not received it. The complaint has been going on for too long. No one responds to emails and no one picks up the calls. There is no way to follow up with the customer service executives. It's highly incompetent on their part to provide such pathetic service. boat replacement not yet received

My boat rockerz 270 wireless earphones started to trouble me after few months. I sent the product for replacement and was told a replacement has been issued on 19th october 2019. Its 27th october 2019 and i haven't received the sam yet. There is no tracking number that i can track my shipment with it and god knows where the product is. Please find me a solution...

I ordered it from amazon after few days it stopped working so i raised a complaint and they changed it but after few months it again was not working properly so i again raised request to change the product on 9 oct 2019.
