My boat bassheads 225 was picked up by boat on july as its one ear was nor working and the product was under warranty. But it has been december now and i have not received my replacement product. Their customer care never picks up the call and now they are not sending the product even after informing and complaining them so many times.
My ticket number was 464007. They are not updating the same. I want my product back as soon as possible as i have been mentally harassed by the company so many times as i am calling them regularly but their customer service is pathetic.
Cheap company ripping off customers.

      My earphone is not charging. I bought it this september and it's defective. Bad service from boat. I ordered one boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone with immersive stereo sound and hands free mic from amazon and it has 1 year warranty period. But it got defective in 3 months. I tried registering complaint in https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/service-center but it's showing error message. Customer care number is unreachable. Please help me in registering a complaint.

        My product's 1 side plug stopped working after 3 months of purchase and when i claimed it's warranty, i had given the product to expressbees and it has been 2 months that i have not got my product back.
        When i track the shipment, it says product delivered.
        I don't know to whom they have delivered, because the slip is still with me. How can they not deliver my product to me!!

          We are from reliance digital, one of our customer named shailesh bhatt purchase this headsets on 31/08/2019, now some issue occurs with this device one side speaker not works. Unit is under warranty.

            I was placing an order on the official site. I was making payment through my axis bank internet banking. Amount got deducted stating that it got transferred to citrus payment sollutions. But the order has not been placed. Look into the matter asap.

            Order was for boat headset 255 (Bluetooth).
            Amount of rs 1199 has been deducted.
            No mail for order confirmation has been recieved. Please let me know the exact status.

              sound bar problem

              I got message service engineer person will be visit within 48 hour.
              After 5 day later no visit.

              Today 20th december. Till now no update.
              Customer care is useless. They repeat same : person will be visit to your address but no visit till now.

              From 7th december to 20 till now no any call from service person & visit....

              Sir,

              I am constrained to express my deplorable situation regarding faulty working of the headphones brought from your company around 10 -11 months ago. It gives a trouble free service only for 3-4 months but suddenly its cushion has been started pulling out. As a result of which it started producing rattling sound. Its sound is very unpleasant and irritating to ears. The eratic working of headphones has created a lot of inconvenience. This infact represents a dismal picture regarding your organisation.

              Boat rockerz needs no introduction. It enjoys an enviable position in the market. Your company is on the culmination but the supply of boat rockerz 430 wireless headphone does not go well with the reputation and goodwill you enjoy in the market. Earlier also i made a complaint and my ticket number was 475121 but nothing happened. The complaint got rejected.

              Hope you will comprehend with us. I hope you will rectify your lapse and transform your notoreity at the earliest. I hope you will not give a cause of inconvenience to your old and bonafied customer and try to rectify our grievances. Do the needful earlier the better.
              Please pass this to the higher authority also.

                  I have purchased the earphones and within 6 months, right side earphone is not working. I have tried contacting you guys several times but there is no response. I have sent emails as well but no one ever replied. I was not expecting this type of customer service.

                  Please repair that on a prior basis as i am so disappointed.

                    My wireless earphones are not working so register complaint on 16th November at boat site and my ticket number is 785783. And picking is done by xpressbees on 19th November 2019. And today is 16th December 2019 they took whole 1 month and still didn't send me any single update. Not receiving my earphone after 1 month also. Try to call on customer number but it's worthless. Don't know they are doing fraud or something else. But one whole month is big enough to repair and return procedure. Worst experience with this company

                    It's very sad after registering complaint on consumer complaint website they are not responding.. i don't think so they will return my product after 1 yr also.. today almost 1 and half month completed they took my product and not responding

                      My product is boat stone 650, it's one side was not working. So i raise a ticket -752099 to replace it. Pickup is addressed next day and the product reached to the service centre. After one month they dispatch my product, but it delivers to some other address at mumbai. The ticket is also closed.

                      Boat stone 1400 disconnects when charging/low battery and volume changes itself.When i use my speaker while it is charging or on low battery, it keeps on disconnecting.

                        I had a problem with my boat speakers which i bought from flipkart order id : od[protected] which was in warranty period and issue was with the battery, so i have returned the product on 13th november (It was picked) but still i have not received my new speaker. And now they are not even picking our call.
                        So kindly resolve my issue, it has been a month since they have taken my speaker but have not returned me the fresh piece.
                        Also i have registered complaint to boat official website and my complaint number is 766849.

                        So kindly look in the matter and help me out asap.

                                I raised a complaint on boat's website about my faulty stone granade speaker with complain ticket no: 799874 on 21 nov as it had stopped working. 2days later my speaker was picked up from my home (On 23rd nov).
                                Then it took 7 days for it to reach mumbai which it finally did on 29th november. Then 2 days later (2 dec), i checked for the status of my complaint on your website and it stated that a replacement unit was issued (Attaching a screenshot for the same). After that i haven't heard from you for a single time in 12 days. So it's my kind request to provide me with some update about the progress of my complaint as soon as possible. And provide me with the replacement unit asap. Your customer support won't pick up my phone and it's just pathetic. According to you the replacement is already issued so why aren't you sending the speaker back to me. Kindly revert back to me with an update

                                  The customer service is answered by an automated system asking me to register the product and sent me a link which does not work. I have tried visiting their website and registering but i have yet to receive the confirmation message and it has been more than 10 days. I tried to mail them and again they sent me a mail saying to register on their website but there is no response from them, no matter how many times i tried to register. And sometimes the website doesn't work. Claiming warranty on a defective product product shouldn't be this hard.. I feel like they purposefully made it this hard to claim the warranty.

                                    I used this product for 15 days, then it was not switching on, i raised complaint in boat support. Pick up and replacement was initiated, got the replaced product after 15 days, the color i had initially was blue/black and got the replaced product and carbon black. Apart from the color difference the product also had cushioning difference hence i wanted the initial product which i had ordered.

                                    Tried calling customer care to check about why they had sent a different product, after a wait of half an hour customer service representative finally attended the call and i when i asked about why different product they said that other product was out of stock. Which was quite surprising for me. I asked them at least you should check with customer or inform them that the required product is not in stock but directly sending some other product. Anyways they told they were not sure whether they will get the same product in stock soon or not hence they sent this one.
                                    I dint have much to argue on that so i disconnected and started using the product which i had got.

                                    It worked fine for half an hr and later only one side of the headphone working, again i have registered a complaint and they have initiated replacement, waiting to see how long this to and fro of the product will go on :p.

                                    Also while sending back previous product i had sent the connecting cable as well, which they have not returned and they said they will not be sending it back as that will go to scrap.

                                    First product which i had brought from boat, i have these complaints.
