I have boat speaker by model stone grenade xl. I ordered it from amazon after few days it stopped working so i raised a complaint and they changed it but after few months it again was not working properly so i again raised request to change the product on 9 oct 2019. But still no pickup is done even though its showing pickup generated but i have not received any call from courrier partner its status by the tracking no that company provided...

Nobody picks the call from customer care nobody replies to mail are you people fooling the customers.

This is what boat is all about, cheating the loyal and old customers by first sending defective products and then not responding to the clients. It's been

Boat-lifestyle.com they took product from my side and delivered to boat service centre via www.xpressbees.com, its being 10 days their is no updated for my headphones, and no contact can be done as they never receive call neither they respond to any emails....

I have claimed for warranty against my data cable and it was picked up on 1 oct 2019;now it has been more than 20 days and still i have not received my data cable.the service centre have recieved my data cable but nowl they are not updating the status, please look into the matter or i will register a complaint with consumer forum.
