Hi There, I am writing this with utmost hope that you guys will help me here in this problem that I have been facing for quite sometime. Details Of My Issue: I had purchased a boAt soundbar on July 15, 2019 from flipkart and initially the product was working good, but after 10 days it started running into issues intermittently and it's been chronic now. The issue is with the bluetooth connection, when we pair a device and play something it distorts a lot like playing and then stopping a bit and then playing. when I report this to flipkart they said it's more than 10 days and it is beyond their replacement policy and they can't replace it, all I have to do is contact boAt customer care. I tried registering my complaint in boAt support portal, but in vain. Then somehow I registered a complain and they tried getting back to me once or twice and saying they will send someone, its been more than 15 to 20 days there has been no response from their side and it's very disappointing.
