Your recent denial of my warranty claim for [“The poor battery back-up on my Model :- boat Rockerz 400 Headphones" (Color :- Black, On-The-Ear)] is completely unacceptable and in clear breach of your stated warranty terms.
I have fulfilled all necessary requirements, provided supporting original documentation, and made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter amicably. Your refusal to honor the warranty appears to be an attempt to avoid responsibility for a product defect that is unquestionably covered.
Let me be clear :- if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction by the end of night on the 07th August, 2025, I will move forward with legal action without any further notice. This includes filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities, pursuing damages in court, and making your practices known to others through every legal channel available.
You now have one final opportunity to correct this situation.
I strongly advise you to escalate this internally and respond immediately.
