I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recently purchased boAt earbuds. One of the earpieces is not working, and there is no sound output from it despite proper charging and pairing.

I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as resetting the device, cleaning the earpiece, and reconnecting it multiple times, but the issue persists. This has significantly affected my user experience and I would like to request a repair or replacement under the warranty policy.
