Boat — Warranty claim intentionally rejected

I made warranty claim no.4416409 for Smart watch & claim rejected stating Wrong product received. Boat sent me someone else's Airdopes.This is their regular practice as I see similar complaints here on this platform. I lodged complaint with National Consumer Helpline but same is closed by Boat falsely. This is an unethical company. Recently I sent mail to Dy Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Mr Piyush Goyal, Honourable Minister on this.I will be taking up with Media houses very soon.
