I bought boat speakers on june it hardly worked for one month. After 1 month the speaker not working so i calimed for warranty. They said it will take 12 to 14 days.. Its been almost one month they pickedup my product on 28th august still it is showing in transit BOM/ RVP mumbai. They are making customers as fools.. Trying to call customercare no response and sent a mtiple.emails no response.. Please take action om boat becaise they are thefting money from lot of people by giving fake products and fake customer service.. Look at the attachemnt for reference. They said 2 working days for replacemnet on 30th sep now it is 6th stil the status is same.. Its already more than 1 month. And in boat website searched with ticket number still it is showing inwarded for 2 days its been 7 days but no response. Please check this and take action on boat
