Few days back, I have registered my complaint on Boat official website. After that I got an email regarding pickup of my product. Along with that I got AWB no. from xpressbees for pickup of my product. After successful pickup of my product I tried tracking my product it shows it will deliver to service center by 1 October and today is 2nd October still no confirmation from their side. As well they are not receiving the call please help

    I had registered my complain they took my product through courier and the product is delivered to service center but they are not telling the status of my product. It was last updated on 26th of September. There it is clearly mentioned 2 business days. But no reply by them. Please help me in this situation..

      I purchase boat Aavante Bar 2000 online on flipkart on 06.08.2020. But now my woofer not working properly. I register compaint at customer care and my ticket no. is 1601388 but check status show ticket is invalid and no responce from customer care.

          My boat rockers 255 with ticket number 1535908 has not been replaced yet. The ticket status is showing that it will be dispatched but no such thing happened. It's been 20 since my product has been picked up and I didn't receive any update on my replacement product. Please do the needful asap.

            I have given my boat rockerz 255 active black headphones for the replacement on 17 June and on 24 June the product picked from. My address and within 15 days it's time to deliver my product but I have not received my product yet my ticket no is 1216916 I have checked the status of ticket it's shown that after 18 July no future status is available...deliver my product as soon as possible else I have to complaint in cusumer form regarding this issues..and I have called boat rocks service center many times but they are not receiving the calls ..I have called on this no [protected] but they are saying our employees are busy now... please do deliver product as early as possible else I have to complaint.. thank you

              I have purchase the airdrop from boat official when i received the product from that day the product is defective. i have complaint on 8 Sept but from that day the product not replace from boat. how pathetic service boat giving to customer i will never buy product and i ll refer to everyone that boat service is like a tortoise very slow service and no one call aslo related product replament.my ticket no 1509933 contact no:[protected]

                I had house of marley headphones and it has 2 years warranty and the product got damaged after 1 year. I claimed warranty and the product got picked up and I still didn't recieve my product it's been 4 months and it is is picked up in June and today is sep 30

                  I had my boat micro usb cable, but it had some problem in charging. So i raised a complain ticket no 1455924 in the boat website, they picked up the product from my home.

                  But now the status is showing " it will be dispatched in 5 business days from 8th sept 2020. Till now not yet dispatched or not yet out for delivery.

                  I mailed boat about my complain, then they told me on 20th sept 2020 due to covid, it was late. But it will dispatched soon. But till now also nit yet dispatched.

                  How can i believe on boat??

                    I bought the product boat rockerz 255r bluetooth headset with mic and 6 months later one side of the earphones is not working. The customer service is answered by an automated system asking me to register the product and sent me link. I have visit their website and registering but they replied on that pick up takes place in 2 days but still no confirmation on that and it has been more than 15 days. I tried to mail them but they were not replying. This is very difficult to use my product.

                      I have order boat rockerz 235 v2 bluetooth headphones on 13 july 2020. After using for just one month it's buttons stop working so i registeresd my complaint on 27 august 2020. After 2 days it product is picked up, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]: from 2 september 2020 is is not showing any update from boat. It is almost 1 month still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                      Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                        I have send the product for replacement on 25 august 2020 with ticket no 1437335 and my replacement product was issued on 8th of September and now its the 21th day and my product is still not dispatching and the customer care is just procrastinating their work they are again and again saying it will dispatch in 3-4 days since 17 days .
                        Dont take me lightly i have seen tons of complaints against your company if my product does not dispatch within next 2 days i would to consumer forum and file a grievance against your company . Every now and then they have excuse that i was sunday and they are just delaying it and playing word game. I have lost my patience i am warning boat dispatch and my product other i have to file a case

                          But today is 29 september and till now i haven't got any update regarding this from boat regarding dispatching product

                              Hello, I registered a warranty claim for my boat rockerz 255 active Black as it's one side was not working properly, ticket number 1396791. And now it's been more than a month they picked my product but no replacement, no any update. No reply when I mailed same issue on imaginemarketingindia. Luckily I got connected to customer service executive after making so many calls and he told me that process slowed down due to covid. He told me to mail my invoice and I will get further update within a day. Now it's more than 2 days and still no update. Why boat is making warranty claim process so difficult? Please fix it ASAP.

                                They don't deliver to your address and instead of contacting you, they either mark 'delivered' or 'Your order could not be delivered'. They don't even call at the number given. This time, tell minutes after I saw the items out for delivery, it was marked that it couldn't be delivered. Three was no call. I've had problems with these incompetent people thrice now and I strongly recommended not using their services. Your courier partner delhivery Courier Service worst service ever...

                                  Warranty claim issue

                                  I bought boat speakers on june it hardly worked for one month. After 1 month the speaker not working so i calimed for warranty. They said it will take 12 to 14 days.. Its been almost one month they pickedup my product on 28th august still it is showing in transit BOM/ RVP mumbai. They are making customers as fools.. Trying to call customercare no response and sent a mtiple.emails no response.. Please take action om boat becaise they are thefting...

                                  Hi team,
                                  I have purchased the boat earphone [boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone - active black] on 20th oct 2019, order no.:[protected]

                                  My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case service ticket number is 1479639 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that product is wired earphone.

                                  My product which i purchased was [boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone - active black ] but the product i have received is boat bassheads 100 in-ear wired earphones (Taffy pink) which is very cheap as compared to my product.

                                  The whole process took 18-20 days and still has not received my original product replaced.

                                  I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else i will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.

                                  Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the picture of the wrong product which i have received.

                                    I have registered a complaint to boat official site regarding exchange of my earphones, with ticket no. 1351199
                                    They have managed to pickup the product.
                                    But there is no further updates on its return and the customer service aren't picking up calls, replying to emails.
                                    This is really awful service I have ever received in my life. I'm very disappointed. Please help me out on this matter. This is the second time I am complaining and it has been more than 3 months I registered my complaint and more than 2 months since they took my product for repair. should I complain in consumer court to get my product back?

                                      I would like to bring your kind notice on the harassment, I am facing these days. I think that the biggest mistake of my life is to buy any Boat product. I purchased Boat Rockerz 255F on 3rd September 2019 through flipkart(Order ID: OD[protected] and the warranty of this bluetooth is for one year. I was facing the issue with this bluetooth since last one month that one side of this bluetooth is not working. I tried many times to contact your customer care number but every time I failed to connect. No one was there to assist or help me, I don't understand why this number is given on this website. I registered my issue online as well but I did not get any revert.

                                      Now when i visited the service centre they said that they can not replace this product. Even though I said that warranty is going to end on 2nd Sep 2020 so please help me to replace or repair it before expiry. But they said that they can not help me because of a stupid reason. I am sharing the images of the bluetooth and please let me know why you are delivering such bad quality products. Please understand that this is my hard earned money and I can not waste on such bad products. My warranty is going to end on 2nd Sept 2020 and I am writing to you on 1st Sept 2020, I would again request you to get it done earliest else i will complain in consumer forum as well. Rs. 1399/- might be a small amount for you people but it matters a lot for me.
